SmartStream’s response to the recent CrowdStrike and Microsoft global outage incident

We are currently experiencing a degradation in some of our windows-based devices and thus users. We believe, as is widely reported, this is related to changes made by CrowdStrike. Our team are actively collaborating with them to resolve the issue and restore normal operations. The SmartStream Support Team is committed to resolving the issue swiftly and working actively to ensure we continue to service our customer needs and minimise any disruption.

Once the issue is resolved, we will request a comprehensive root cause analysis (RCA) and a detailed remediation plan from CrowdStrike.
